Pasinetti

The project involves the construction of a seven-storey building with a flat roof. The last floor is withdrawn in order to respect the projections of the buildings facing the complex. There are two underground floors.

The building has a single pedestrian entrance while the two lateral staircases which are accessible from the garden. The ground floor offers several services exclusive for the owners such as a lounge area, a delivery area, a gym and a bicycle storage area. The internal garden has a curvy design with trees and hedges.
